Whether you’re taking reservations, seating customers, advising on the menu, serving afternoon tea, promoting the village and our luxury spa, or sharing a joke with regulars, you’ll deliver an exceptional service. It’s a varied role. You’ll also help service our guest suites, answer owners’ enquiries, keep an eye on stock levels, help set up for special events, and keep everywhere looking scrupulously clean.
Taking pride in everything you do is the essential quality you’ll need for this role. Eager to learn and develop, you have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and an organised approach that ensures things get done. You also put the customer first at all times. Warm, professional and empathetic, as well as smartly turned out, you’ll develop a real rapport with our owners and customers. Previous experience in hospitality – and of handling cash – would be great – but is not essential. You will however need to be flexible about the shifts you work.
